After a couple of seasons using ready solutions, Eleven developed its own scooter: it is strong and durable, shock-absorbing, easy to ride, and able to cope with heavy loads.
I've worked closely with the CEO, CPO and VP of Engineering on every touchpoint: from helping them find the right tone of voice, defining a long-term vision, designing and launching the customer and service application, developing marketing materials to designing the scooter.
